[MC Story] The chronicles of [MC]

k, seriously now. I'll post this story the same way i did my first story: i'll post updates as soon as they come available (meaning as soon as i have a part finished). Feel free to comment between (story) posts.

This story i intend on making very huge (yes, even larger than my first story) As you will see, i have made a new sort of maps. At this point i have no schematics for battles yet, because the battle's arent big enough yet imo. And besides that, creating them maps took me plenty of time aswell (still using paint ftw btw)

And i plan on taking my time for this one. the 2nd story i made felt a bit rushed (which it was due to a deadline). this time no deadline, and i will write whenever i have inspiration.

oh yea, and i'm posting thumbnails of every image to prevent screwing up forum lay-out ^^

K, enough chatting, here's the story i have so far:

[MC Story] The chronicles of [MC]

Prologue:

It is the year 2102. The Global Defense Initiative has been severely weakened by the divide-and-conquer tactics played by the Brotherhood of NOD. NOD had made it look like the top three commanders of GDI were NOD spy’s. Each commander was trusted by his men, but these men however did have doubts about the other commanders. This caused distrust among the three commanders, which eventually led to GDI being divided into three factions.
Initially the three GDI factions were just trying to defend themselves. But then the brotherhood sent a group of NOD soldiers dressed in GDI uniforms to each GDI faction. Once the groups were inside the base walls of all three GDI factions, they sabotaged tanks and aircrafts and pretended to escape gun blazing. Each group was killed. But all three groups carried fake instructions, of one of the other GDI commanders, with them. Because of this the three factions decided to retreat to remote islands. After GDI left the mainland, NOD claimed it as its own and set up shop.
The GDI factions have destroyed all means of communication and thus isolated themselves. The three factions have no official names, but are referred to by eachother simply as: the North Western (N.W.) GDI, the North Eastern (N.E.) GDI and the South Western (S.W.) GDI.
Following along the split of GDI into three factions, the [MC]-squad was also divided. Smeebrv, Wolf???Hop and GatronianHell were called back to the S.W. GDI; merlin57, dragon27 and Tnaismith were called back to the N.W. GDI and Reaperblade11, battlemasterdiv & ReKoil to the N.E. GDI. Zorid could not make peace with the split, and decided to leave GDI and go find himself a safe haven. He only trusted smee with the information as to where he was going.

Shortly after claiming the mainland, NOD decided to keep all of the tiberium mutants on the islands to the South East (which are the islands where nod had been hiding). They deemed this better for new experiments. These islands were quickly referred to as the mutants islands.

Only two islands have managed to stay neutral. A small island to the east, and a pretty big island to the west of the mainland. Both islands are scarcely populated, due to the fact that they are pretty much nothing but big rocks. Nod has no interest in it because there is no tiberium on the islands, and the GDI factions have to much paranoia to trust any of the citizens on these islands.

One day S.W. GDI informants learn that nod plans an enormous, ‘take-em-all-out-at-once’ attack on all three GDI factions. They report back immediately. The S.W. GDI commander tells them to contact the other GDI factions for a truce and a plan for an counter attack.
However, NOD has taken control of the air and the sea in GDI absence, and thus intercepts the informants. Not having any other means to contact the other GDI factions in time, the S.W. GDI are forced to wait. The NOD armada rolls over the other two GDI factions without a problem. The S.W. GDI, however, have used the time to dig themselves in. However, after an epic fight, they are still tossed aside by the massive NOD army. Those that survive the attack are made slaves by NOD. The GDI islands officialy still belong to GDI, but seeing how NOD has enslaved the inhabitants, and is using military means to keep the situation like that, the islands are actually just more NOD territory.

After several decades NOD trusts that they have made GDI obedient, and decides to pull their forces back. They leave the most NOD favourable GDI in charge of keeping the slaves in line.
This situation goes on for years.



Then, in 2128, a mysterious guy arrives on the S.W. GDI island, and visits Smee. He tells him to gather up the other [MC]’s on this island and then cleanse it of the corrupt GDI. When Smee tells him that they dont have any weapons, the stranger opens his coat and pulls out three standard issue GDI assault rifles and three pistols aswell. After handing over the guns, the stranger gives Smee his backpack. Smee looks inside, and notices the backpack is filled with ammo. The stranger then continues his story. He tells Smee that after these islands are cleansed, Smee should continue on to the N.W. GDI islands, gather up the [MC] members of that island, and then cleanse it aswell. After that Smee should go to the remaining GDI island and do the same there. Then the stranger prepares to leave, but just before leaving adds: “After gathering up all [MC]’s and cleansing the GDI islands, meet me at the most remote mutant island.” And after saying that Smee knew who the man was, and had no more doubts as to following up his request. Smee grabbed everything he thought he might need, then grabbed the backpack of ammo and the guns, and then left his house.

Chapter 1: Squad reunion.

Act 1: The journey begins.



After leaving his house, Smee walks to the harbor in a straight line. On the way over he comes across a small outpost set up by the crooked GDI (easily recognisable by the nod emblem on the GDI uniforms they are wearing). The outpost is merely a tent guarded by three men. Smee sneaks up to the rear of the tent. He cuts it open with a knife he took with him when he was preparing to leave. Once he is in the tent, he notices it is empty. Smee crawls over to the opening, loads his rifle and opens fire on the three men standing by the campfire. All three men are killed instantly. Smee exits the tent, walks to the corpses and pulls out his pistol. He shoots each corpse in the head just to be shure. Then he thinks to himselve: Good, i’ve still got what it takes. Then Smee continues his walk to the harbor.
When he is at the harbor, he spots an abandoned taxi hovercraft, originating from the day there were still taxi hovercraft services connecting the islands. He checks it out and notices it still has gas in it. He starts the engine, and against Smee’s expectations, it actually works. And so Smee sets course for Passageway island.
Smee quickly arrives at Passageway island’s western harbor, where he docks. He then follows the path which leads to the eastern harbor. Again he comes across a small outpost. This time Smee decides to just walk through guns blazing. He pulls this off without breaking a sweat. The guards were to surprised to respond quickly and thus were quickly killed. But the gunfire attracted three more guards from a nearby, second outpost. These immediately opened fire upon seeing Smee. Smee quickly runs for cover whilst shooting at the three guards. When he is behind cover, and notices the guards have stopped firing, smee looks around the corner curiously. To his astonishment, he saw that all three guards were lying dead on the ground. Smee smiled at the very thought of killing three guards whilst not even looking at what he was shooting at. Then he grabs his pistol again, and uses it to ensure all the guards are dead. Afterwards he continues walking towards the eastern harbor.
When he arrives at the eastern harbor he spots another abandoned taxi hovercraft. He starts the engine, and finds out that this one works aswell. Smee sets course for Heart island now. On the short boat trip over he thinks about how easy the island hopping is going to be, if all the taxi hovercrafts would still be there (each island used to have at least one taxi hovercraft), and still working. After about one minute, the taxi hovercraft reaches heart island’s western harbor. Smee docks the hovercraft and goes ashore. He follows the path leading to the eastern harbor, because at a certain point the path splits up: one path to the eastern harbor and one path to Gat’s house. But quickly he comes across another outpost. Again it consists of just one tent, and again only three men are sighted. Just to be safe Smee sneaks up behind the tent, cuts it open and enters it. He prepares his rifle once more. Then he opens fire, killing the three men. Afterwards he backs up through the opening he just made and takes cover behind a nearby tree. After waiting for a minute, in which he has not seen any guards coming, he walks over to the tent again. He pulls out his pistol and ensures the three guards are dead. After doing this he continues to follow the path untill he reaches the point where the path branches. He then follows the path leading south.
After a few minutes of walking Smee reaches Gat’s house. He rings the bell. Gat opens. Gat is just standing there, looking very surprised. Gat hasn’t seen any of the other [MC] members in decades, nor has Smee (or any of the other [MC]’s for that matter). After a short period of silence Smee tells Gat that he is going to gather up all [MC]’s and cleanse the islands of crooked GDI’s. Gat quickly runs back into the house. After a little wait Gat comes back to the door with his old GDI uniform and a chaingun. Smee then pulls his own uniform out of his backpack and puts it on (he had quickly grabbed it when leaving his house). Then Gat closes the door behind him and locks it.
Smee and Gat walk back to the western harbor. On the way over Smee gives Gat a pistol and some clips. Smee also offers him a rifle, but Gat tells him his chaingun and the pistol will suffice. Once they arrive at the western harbor Smee and Gat get aboard the hovercraft Smee used to get there. Next Smee sets course for Desert Island’s eastern harbor.



When Smee is approaching the docks of Desert Island’s eastern harbor, the hovercraft is opened fire upon. Smee and Gat quickly take cover. Smee can’t steer the hovercraft this way, and so he tells Gat to brace himself. After about 15 seconds the hovercraft collides with the shoreline right next to the docks. Due to the speed the hovercraft was traveling at, it is flinged up into the air. Then it falls down straight into the crooked GDI encampment. Smee and Gat are still inside and have managed to hold on whilst the hovercraft was flying through the air and crashed. After a few moments of gathering up their strenght, they get up slowly. They peek over the edge of the hovercaft. No reaction. They quickly jump up and down a few times. No reaction again.
Smee and Gat decide to exit the hovercraft and run for cover behind nearby boulders. As soon as they leave the wrecked hovercraft, a chaingun opens fire, however Smee and Gat manage to reach the giant boulders. From behind the boulders they can see loads of corpses next to and under the hovercraft. The only remaining corrupt GDI in this area seems to be the officer that just opened fire on them. Smee opens fire on him, and tells Gat to find a way around. After a firefight lasting a few minutes, all suddenly becomes silent on the officer’s side. Smee carefully makes his way over to the location the chaingun was firing from, and finds Gat sitting next to the dead crooked GDI officer, with a bloody knife in his hands. Gat tells Smee it looks like they alreayd killed the rest of the guards by crashing the hovercraft. Smee grabs his pistol and starts shooting corpses in the head just to be shure. Meanwhile Gat goes gun and ammo shopping amongst the corpses.
After this has been done they follow the northern shoreline to the north west. After a few minutes they can see the walls surrounding the once mighty GDI base. They stop for a moment to think it over. But then they decide going in there is risky business, and it would be preferable to attempt this after finding Wolf. And so they continue to follow the shoreline north.
After a few more minutes they can see the northern harbor and a small encampment infront of it. Gat and Smee make shure they get within firing range without being noticed. Then they take a quick look around and count nine men standing around three tents. They open fire on the ones that are the furthest away first. When they have killed those guards they just shoot the remaining guards at random. When they dont see any more guards standing, Smee asks Gat how many he took down. “I killed four of them traitorous cowards, sir” gat replied. Smee realizes that that means one of the guards still has to be around here somewhere (for he killed 4 aswell). Then suddenly they are opened fire upon from behind. Both Gat and Smee quickly roll aside and return fire. The remaining guard drops to the floor. Gat walks over to the dead guard and makes shure he stays dead. Smee walks over to the encampment and does the same over there. After that they stock up on weapons and ammo again. After doing this they regroup west of the encampment and keep going that way till they see the shoreline again. When they see the shoreline, they follow it again to the north.
At a certain point they can see another tent, but they decide to just keep walking along the shoreline till they can see Wolf’s house.
A minute later they can see Wolf’s house. They quickly run towards it. They ring the bell and wait for Wolf to open the door. When the door opens they see an astonished Wolf. Wolf looks at Smee and Gat, who are wearing the old GDI uniform and are armed to the teeth. He doesn’t yet know why they are here, but whatever it is, he want’s in. So he goes back into the house before Smee can tell him why they are here.
Wolf comes back after about a minute, also wearing the old GDI uniform. Wolf also has shitloads of c4 with him. “From my personal collection” he says smiling when he sees the surprised look on Smee and Gat’s faces. When Smee tells him why they are here he simply replies: “Finally we get to avenge our fallen brothers and make those cowardly GDI traitors pay!” Then he closes the door behind him and locks it. Smee gives him a rifle and a pistol and some ammo, and the three walk towards the south. When they reach the two tents, which Smee and Gat had assumed to be only one, they immediately open fire on every crooked GDI they see. After killing these guards they decide not to waste any more ammo on ensuring they are dead. Smee, Gat and Wolf quickly grab the guns and ammo of the guards and move on. When they reach the crooked GDI base wall, they move east untill they reach the gate. When they reach the entry they find out it is unguarded, and when they look inside the walls they can only see rubble.

They walk inside the big walls, and look around for anything they can use. Then when they walk around a huge pile of rubble they suddenly see two perfectly intact barracks.
They quickly walk over to the left barracks and go in. However, they dont find anyone inside. They decide to boobytrap the building anyways (when someone enters it, the barracks will blow up). After boobytrapping these barracks they move one to the others barracks and enter it aswell. Again they find nobody, and again they boobytrap the building. They exit the barracks and continue along the path they were following untill they reach the base walls again. Then they decide to go back. When they are approaching the barracks area again, they hear vehicles approaching. They quickly dive into the rubble for cover and wait.
Soon they see two APC’s driving inside the base walls. They stop near the barracks and unload their cargo: two dozen soldiers and two officers. Smee looks at them through his binoculars and can tell they look angry. Smee whispers to Gat and Wolf that it looks like they went out to check what all the noise was, and when they found their guards dead they must have gotten pretty pissed off. Then Wolf jokes that they are about to get even more pissed off when they enter the barracks.
After watching the two officers giving instructions to their men for a couple of minutes, Smee notices that the men are send back to the barracks. And then... an extremely loud explosion follows. The boobytraps have gone off, blowing up both barracks. All the soldiers that were close are killed. The onliest crooked GDI alive are the two officers. Smee, Gat and Wolf quickly open fire on the officers, who are still standing petrified by the strenght of the explosion and thus are easily killed.
Smee, Gat and Wolf quickly run towards where they saw the APC’s being parked. They notice that one is buried under rubble, but the other one seems to be fine. They enter it and start it. They are glad that they dont have to walk anymore. Wolf gets behind the wheel and starts driving towards the northern harbor. Once they arrive there, they load the APC on a hovercraft. Then they start the hovercraft and head north.

Act 2: - coming up as soon as i have it finished ^^

so... thats what i have so far

Amazing storyline. You gave a good introduction to introduce the settings of the story and why GDI separated into islands, how NOD infiltrated the GDI ranks, etc.

I had to smile when I saw the first map saying 'Gat's House'. That was so funny. Each [MC] is just living a solitary life eh? I can't wait to read more.

As I read through, I totally imagined this being a real mission for Renegade -- the setting is just right -- NOD has split GDI into fractions and long decade of 'slavery' has killed off any former memory of GDI's better days. And now, we have a rag-tag bunch of former commandos slowly coming together again...if I ever get better at making maps/missions or scripting in Level Edit, I will be sure to try my hand at turning some of these stories into actual maps -- even if they really such at first.

I also never got a chance to comment on your christmas story you wrote. I do like your writing, and the stories are very creative and fun to read. Keep it up mate. (Although now it seems [MC] goes into the gory parts; Ie. Making sure officers are dead by shooting in the head, etc. )

creating the introduction took me the longest to be honest, i tried various things but didnt like any of them. then i came up with this and thought to myself: thats more like it after that act 1 came naturally

and yea each [mc] leads a solitary life. i said in the introduction that they were called back to the various GDI islands, but forgot to say that they werent allowed to live close to eachother (by the crooked GDI) to prevent an uproar. i'll think of a way to implement this in the next act, and if i cant, il have to edit my first post.

and btw the gory part is over, at a certain point in act 1 i wrote that they decided to not waste any more ammo on it

awwwe but i wanna be whit the mutant...ehh..how about i was shoot down in my transhelli and got lost in the mutant area and had to be rescued but reffuses to leave the island when i am found hmm? XD
how is that for a story! : DD

Act 2: The wise one.

After leaving Desert Island, the three [MC]’s started talking with eachother. At first the chatter was about how glad they were to see eachother again after such a long period of time and how much they would love to see the rest of the [MC]’s aswell (all together again). After this they start to bring back memories with eachother. Every single mission, ending good or slightly bad (for [MC] knows no failure as they never give up) is remembered. Then at a certain point Gat curses Nod for ordering the crooked GDI to keep them apart. And then he starts cursing about how they should have started this mission earlier. Smee and Wolf agree this would have been for the best, but they also know exactly why they had not done so: none of them knew how strong the crooked GDI stood, and so they waited forever for the opportune moment. And then the mysterious stranger came, giving them the perfect excuse.
When all this had been discussed, they could see the neutral island’s shoreline in the distance. They all became quiet. Nobody liked having to get through this hellhole of an island, but they would have to if they were to ever gather up all [MC]’s. They knew about eachother (where they were and that they were still alive) because they secretly kept in touch. But about the others, living outside the S.W. GDI islands, they knew nothing. Which is why they would have to come to this dreadful place.
They would have to search for the wise one, called Reckneya. They did not know where he would be on the island, which would mean they would have to ask around in the four villages. They knew reckneya would be on the other side of the great wall (which is the wall that seperates the towns of the island from the monsters inhabiting the forests of the other part of the island). After having thought all this over, they noticed that they were already at the bay that leads to the southern harbor. Smee quickly steered the hovercraft towards it. Two minutes later they dock and climb aboard the APC before driving it off the hovercraft.



After driving the APC off of the hovercraft they head for the eastern village, simply because it is the village that is the closest to them. When they see the village in the distance they get out of the APC. They look at it realising they can’t drive it into the village due to the Nod logo’s (a Nod logo on a GDI vehicle would give the signal they are crooked GDI or Nod) on the sides. Smee tells Wolf and Gat to guard the APC while he would go ask around in the village. He would also try to find a spray can to get rid of that blasted Nod logo. And so Smee walks towards the village. As he walks dusk is falling.
Once inside the village the people that are on the streets look at him with great suspicion. They haven’t seen an outsider in years. Smee asks around if anyone knows where reckneya is and if they know where he can get a spray can or two. At first people ingore him, but when he enters a bar and asks the same questions there, he suddenly gets an answer. Smee looks around, trying to see who just answered him. Then he sees someone approaching him. When the person gets closer he can see it’s g.O.D. Both are surprised to see eachother. However Smee knows he has to get going before anyone finds the APC with the nod logo’s still on it. And so he asks g.O.D. to repeat his answer. g.O.D. answers him (again) that you can buy spray cans at the store on the right end of the street and that he knows where reckneya is, but that they would need more men to get through the woods. Smee tells him that including him he already has three men. g.O.D. bursts into laughter and then says: “Three men?!”. “It doesn’t matter how experienced your men are if there’s only three of you. You see, you will get killed sooner or later anyways if there’s only three of you. You will need atleast eight men.” Then Smee says they have a APC aswell. “Hmmm... you might get through the wood pretty easy then. But once the monsters see you passing through, they WILL give chase. And since reckneya is in the caves to the far north they will most likely trap you in there.” Then g.O.D. offers to help him. “If i help you guys out there will be four of us. And if we stop in the other towns before leaving i might be able to get four more men. However after finding reckneya and asking him whatever you want to know, we will have to go back here. For we can’t leave this island.” “I understand” - smee responds. “But first i need those spray cans to get the crooked GDI logo off of our reclaimed GDI APC.” g.O.D. takes Smee outside and points at the store that sells spraying cans. “I will wait here for you.” And so Smee walks over to the store. He buys two yellow spray cans and leaves the store again. He walks back to g.O.D.
Meanwhile it has turned pitchblack outside. When Smee walks past g.O.D. he signals him to follow him. g.O.D. follows. After a few minutes they reach the APC. Wolf & Gat greet g.O.D. and Smee informs them of the new plan. Then he throws a spray can to Wolf and says: “You spray the other side, i’ll spray away the logo on this side.”
When the Nod logo can’t be seen anymore they stop spraying. They all get into the APC and set course for the nearby southern village. When they get there g.O.D. leaves the APC and goes into the bar. When he comes out again he has somebody with him. They open the hatch and watch g.O.D. come in with stampia, a good soldier they have fought with in the bigger clashes against Nod forces. They then leave for the Western village. In the meantime they give stampia the details on what they are about to do.
When they arrive at the Western village g.O.D. leaves the APC again and walks into the local bar again. This time he doesn’t come back with anyone. They set course for the Northern village next. When they arrive here they watch g.O.D. go into the local bar again. This time he comes back with three men. When they enter the APC they see Jarod34, wee2 and Cybor02. They have fought with all three of them in the bigger clashes against Nod aswell. Smee heads for the gate in the great wall next. On the way over jarod, wee and cybor are informed on the details aswell. When they arrive at the wall Wolf and Gat give everyone weapons (there’s plenty to go around anyways).
When they arrive at the gate, they have to pass customs. The customs officer lets them pass without even looking who is in the back after seeing g.O.D. in the driver’s seat (g.O.D. and Smee switched seats when approaching the gate). After passing through the gate Smee and g.O.D. switch positions again (smee takes the wheel again). After this Smee keeps following the path north through the forest.
After roughly nine minutes of driving as fast as possible they reach the northern harbor, which means they are almost there. They haven’t seen any monsters gawk at them, or follow them, but there might be monsters following them anyway.
Almost two minutes later they can see the caves. Smee asks g.O.D. which one they should enter. g.O.D. answers that it doesn’t matter aslong as you take the map with you. g.O.D. then hands the map over to Smee. Smee drives over to the closest cave (the most southern one) and stops the APC. He then looks at the map.



After studying the map Smee asks what the proof is. g.O.D. tells him not to worry, as they have the proof with them. Then g.O.D. adds: “Be shure to look at the back of the map aswell.” Smee turns the map around and looks at the backside:



After studying the backside Smee looks at g.O.D. and says: “I think i know enough. Let’s go.”
Then all hop out of the APC and gather at the cave entry. “Only three of us should go, the rest stays here. At the slightest hint of danger send someone inside the cave. The rest will get into the APC and try to fend of the enemy. Let’s see... me and g.O.D. have to go. That means there’s one opening on our ‘cave exploration team’. Hmmm....” Smee says. “Jarod, you come with us.” And then they went inside.
They follow the path directly into the shrine room. g.O.D. places an unarmed ion cannon beacon on the shrine and suddenly the secret door opens. They enter the room and walk to the wall with the three holes in it. Above the three holes are GDI logos. They stand there for a while trying to figure out which hole is the right one. Then suddenly Smee realises that the left and middle logo aren’t correct: the left one is upside down and the middle one is reversed. Keeping that in mind and looking at the map’s inscription Smee now knows the right one must be the correct one. He inserts his hand into the hole in the wall and pulls the lever. A secret door opens slowly. When it has fully opened they enter the room. They can see a man sitting in the middle of the room. They approach him. When they are close the man turns around and they can see that they have found reckneya. Reckneya, at seeing g.O.D. and Smee, is surprised at first. But then he realises why they must be here. “You are here to learn the whereabouts of the other [MC]’s ? ” Reckneya asks. Smee confirms this. “Dragon is on the smaller island just north of this one. Find her and she will take you to merlin on the main island of the N.W. GDI. Then head for the other smaller N.W. GDI island to find Tnais. The rest, except for Zorid, should be on the N.E. GDI island. As to Zorid’s whereabouts, i think you need no information. And i’m also assuming you have already found Wolf and Gat.” Smee confirms this aswell, then thanks Reckneya for the information and leaves the room. g.O.D. and Jarod follow him. They go back the way they came till they reach the cave exit. They see the others waiting outside and signal them to gather around the back of the APC. Smee tells them he has found reckneya and gotten the info he needed. Just when he is about to order everybody to go inside the APC, Smee and the others hear a loud roar. Everyone looks at Smee, waiting for orders. Then there’s another loud roar, closer this time. “Crap. They’ve found us.” Smee says. Everybody is getting nervous now. Nobody has had a clash with the monsters in years, meaning the monsters will be more agressive now.
Then, suddenly, Smee starts shouting orders: “Wolf, get your ass in that APC and operate the machinegun. Cybor, help him when he needs to reload and cover the APC hatch. Stampia, you cover the right side with g.O.D. Jarod and Gat you take the left side. Me and wee will take the front. And if anyone sees something non-human moving, even its is not on your side of teh APC, SHOOT IT!” All quickly rush towards the ordered positions and load their weapons. Wolf turns on all of the APC’s lights, giving everyone ample sight range. Then they wait.
Suddenly there’s a extremly loud roar to be heared, meaning the monsters are almost in sight range. Everybody is focussed. Everyone is trying to spot an monster in order to keep losses to a minimum, preferably zero. Again a loud roar. Then there’s a loud cracking sound followed by trees dropping down right at the edge of the line of sight. As soon as the trees hit the ground a army of monsters comes into sight range. They could be best described as large, like a mutatedbear, but only with far sharper teeth and nails. And offcourse twice as fast.
As soon as the monsters notice Smee and his men they start running towards them roaring excitedly. At first they are only coming from the front, meaning everyone is shooting at them. But then they start coming from all sides, meaning everyone has to take the side Smee designated them to. After a few minutes these mutated bear like creatures are all dead. Cybor and Wolf are throwing ammo at everyone to prevent anyone from running out of ammo.
Though they were very fast and quite plentiful (atleast fifty of them), the awesome firepower proved to be to much for the mutated bear creatures. However, g.O.D. (as he is a local) knows that these monsters always attack in waves. And besides that, they often send the weakest monster race first. “Nobody has ever survived more then five waves of head on combat with the monsters” he tells Smee. Smee curses at hearing this and then shouts: “Fine! We will fight off the next wave and then hop into the APC and hope we make it the hell out of here.” And so everybody waits for the next monster to enter sight.
Then, suddenly, theres screeching coming from above. Everybody looks up. Then suddenly giant mutated eagle’s come charging down. Everybody opens fire. The eagle’s prove hard to kill as they are quite agile. Though there are only about twenty-five of them, they prove much harder to kill. Most of them are killed before they can even get close. But a few make it through and gang up on wee. They attack him with their claws. When Wolf sees this he stops firing at the sky and unleashes a load on the three eagles attacking wee, killing them all. Then Wolf continues shooting at the eagles in the sky. Soon all eagles are dead. Unfortunately so is wee. Smee and Jarod quickly carry him aboard the APC. Everybody else is already in the APC waiting for them. They close the hatch behind them. Wolf still mans the machingun and Cybor still has the some ammo in his hands. They hold a quick moment of silence for their fallen brother in arms. Then Smee starts up the APC and floors it.
All seems to be going well. Then, when they can see the gate in the distance, the roaring is back. This time even louder. The ground is shaking underneath them as their followers get closer. “Oh no!” g.O.D. shouts. “Those monsters shouldn’t come forward till after wave five!” Wolf peeks out through a chink in the APC and sees collosal sized shadows catching up with them. “Faster Smee, FASTER!” he shouts.
Then sudenly in front of them: the gate, already opened. The wall is lit up and the guard stations are manned. Smee keeps driving like a maniac and keeps flooring the gaspedal. Wolf keeps looking out through the chink. Then they rush through the gate, and the gate is immediately closed behind them. The ground stops shaking for a second, and then whatever is causing the ground to shake appears to head into the other direction. “What the hell was THAT?”asks Smee. “We don’t know. We know that the first four waves are all mutated animals: bears, eagles, cougars and various species of monkeys. We never know in what order they come though. Then the fifth wave is a combination of all the previous waves. People rarely survive it. And those that do surivive it get killed by those creatures that were chasing us just now. In the sixth wave i mean. We don’t know what they are. We don’t even know if there is another wave after that with even stronger creatures. But for now, let’s just be glad we survived.” replied g.O.D. “Hmm.. very well. But we [MC]’s still have to reach that harbor.” said smee. Then g.O.D. replied: “We already lost a man today. Not that we are going back there anyway, as we already explained: we MUST stay on this island. So you three will have to do it on your own. If i were you i would wait till noon tomorrow and use the meantime to get some sleep. But first, let’s bury wee.”
And so they went to the cemetary and gave wee a proper military burial. After that they split up. Smee, Gat and Wolf drove back to the great wall and the others went home. Smee parked the APC right next to wall. All three went to sleep quickly.

Act 3: Pursuit.

When it is noon they are still asleep. Roughly an hour later Smee wakes up, notices what time it is and wakes Wolf and Gat up. Then they drive towards the gate. They are allowed through again after mentioning g.O.D.’s name. Smee floors it to the harbor. When they are halfway there, they can hear the roaring again. This time it sounds even more angry and agressive than last night. Smee keeps flooring it, and soon they can see the northern harbor in the distance. As they come closer the ground starts to shake again. The closer they get, the more the ground shakes.
When they drive out of the forest they can see two giant rock covered monsters, each about two storeys tall. Wolf opens fire with the APC machingun on one of them, but the bullets just bounce off. After Wolf tells the others this all becomes silent in the APC. They now know they don’t have a single weapon capable of killing these monsters.
They arrive at the harbor. Smee quickly jumps out and gets aboard a hovercraft to start its engine. After starting it he quickly jumps back into the APC and drives it onto the hovercraft. Then he gets out again and looks back: the two monsters are only a few feet away. He quickly gets behind the rudder and sets the hovercraft in motion. The hovercraft quickly leaves the harbor and the two stone covered monsters roar angrily. In their anger the stone monsters throw a couple of the rocks attached to their body’s at the hovercraft. Smee has to do some evasive manoeuvering to avoid getting hit by them.

When they look back at the shoreline they can see two dozen mutated eagles giving chase. Wolf gets back into the APC and prepares the machinegun again. Smee and Gat look around to see if there is anything in the waters here, because they figured that with the mutated animals in the sky and on the land they might aswell be in the water. Then Gat shouts something at Smee and points. Smee didn’t see it and asks what it was. Gat tells him that it looked like a sea serpent.
Then there’s a sudden outburst of gunfire. They look around and find out that Wolf has begun firing at the mutated eagles. Gat quickly heads into the APC to help Wolf load ammo when it becomes necessary. Meanwhile Smee keeps looking at the waves to find out where the sea serpent is. After a few minutes he gives up. He then also starts firing into the sky at the eagles. This time all eagles are killed before they can even get close.
As soon as they stop firing the sea suddenly becomes rough. Smee looks at the front of the hovercraft and comes eye to eye with a sea serpent. He opens fire at it. Soon after Smee opened fire Wolf also opens fire. The sea serpent quickly hides in the water again. Then suddenly giant tentacles emerge from all sides of the hovercraft. Everybody shoots at them till they disappear again. Smee can see Baton Island in the distance. “Everybody stay sharp, we’re almost there!” he shouts. Right after he has said that the tentacles are back. They shoot the tenctacles untill they disappear again. Then suddenly two sea serpents emerge from the water. As they are approaching the land, Smee has to steer the hovercraft now, meaning Wolf has to take turns shooting the sea serpents. The serpents, desperately trying to stay infront of the hovercraft in order to not lose their prey, do not notice that they are approaching the shoreline. Smee stears the hovercraft up the ramp of the harbor while the two sea serpents smack against the concrete of the harbor’s wharf with their lower body’s. The upper body’s of the sea serpents collapse on top of the concrete wharf. Smee stops the hovercraft and opens fire on the sea serpents to get rid of them. When Smee opens fire, Wolf also opens fire with the APC machingun. After killing the serpents they all hop into the APC and drive it off the hovercraft.

Act 4: The N.W. GDI. - Not written yet.

More characters! gOD as the long-timer ally of [MC], Reckneya as the all-seeing wiseman, and a few Coop regulars from the server. I like it! (Too bad wee died though. >.<)

Nice maps again, and the description in the story was really cool to read. I saw the story unfold before me, and I almost saw the gates leading into the forest of mutants, where the waves of hostile creatures come to attack wary travelers.

Boss battle with the serpent was cool as well. I like how you bring in different kind of battle styles to make the story action-packed and thrilling.

Take your time writing the next parts, I can only handle so much awesomeness in one day!
