Before you continue reading, make sure you are actually banned, and not suffering from WOLbug

So you have been banned, but you want to play on the server again. For some reason you failed to follow rules for the server where you are now unable to play at anymore. Well this is where we explain you what to do to get unbanned, please read this whole topic thoroughly

Unlike other communities, we don't have a public section in our forums where Moderators and Banned players can flame each other publicly, or where the banned player has to crawl on his knees to kiss the moderators feet in order to get to a point of unbanning, or staying banned. We, the Renz0r staff, don't want to run that kind of shows on our forums. We don't want flame wars about bans, nor do we want you to apologize publicly. For all we know you're not even sorry for what got you banned, that's what the ban is for: to let the player in question experience a feeling of being sorry by not being able to play on a specific server. Whatever has gotten you banned is between you and the moderator that banned you. So therefor we ask you to do the following:

Consider registering to the forums before doing this, to make it easier to communicate with us. If you are not registered, please click HERE and make an account. After that you can contact us through our Contact us Form. Please select the server where you are banned from. In the message field you can explain what happened. It is important that you provide your exact player name that got banned. Time and date might also be helpful. Any messages that include name calling/offending will result in you staying banned by default. As I said before, we don't like flame wars, not in public, neither in private. A mature and polite message will be responded to in equal respect.
Lying about what happened will also result in staying banned. We will not even bother to unban you if you're not going to be honest with us.
For Cheaters, Racists and other scum, we would encourage you to be VERY polite in your message! In case you got banned for cheating/racist comments there is a chance we'd rather not have you back on the server. Also do NOT repeat the cheating/racist comments on our servers when banned+unbanned for it, we don't unban the same person for the same offense twice, unless we are in a good mood (like us winning a million that day).

To send a mail to us through the Contact us Form, please click HERE. Renz0r Gaming leadership will answer your mail as soon as possible.
Make sure you select the right server name where you got banned from.
If you got banned from more then one server, please use the option all the way in the bottom <other> and specify there Ban: <servername1> <servername2> etc.
In case the mailing system does not work, just send an email to <renz0r@email.com> and put in as much info as possible.

After successfully stating your case, or apologizing, you will be unbanned. We encourage you to follow the rules from now on, and wish you a good time on the Renz0r public gaming servers.
